We sautée the prawns with garlic, a hint of chilli and a squeeze of lemon juice. We then make a sauce with white wine, some cream and finish it with chopped flat leaf parsley. We toss the cooked pasta, prawns and sauce with crunchy broccoli, baby corn and green peas.
